Dear Parents,                                                          

 

          We are pleased to announce that David and Kenny Hoffman and families have generously donated funds to establish the Adele and Frank Hoffman Shabbos Chinuch Endowment Fund. 

       

              It is with great excitement that we invite you to celebrate the entrance of our "young" Young Israel members into kindergarten and first grade.  Our annual "Adele and Frank Hoffman Shabbos Chinuch" will take place on, November 4, 2006, Parshat Lech Lecha.  Immediately following davening, children entering kindergarten and first grade will be presented with a special gift.

 

          In addition, please join us for the kiddush that will be given in honor of our children and in memory of Adele and Frank Hoffman.  We will also be hosting a lunch for all shul members in honor of the Shabbat Chinuch.  The cost will be $15 for adults, and $8 for children under 12, with a $54 maximum charge per family.  Please RSVP by Tuesday, October 31, to Donna Fredman (862-9544) and send checks (payable to Young Israel) to Donna Fredman, 7944 Gannon Ave., 63130.

          Please let us know if you are aware of a kindergartner or first grader in our community who would like to participate in this Shabbat.
