YOUNG ISRAEL KOL NIDRE RECOGNITION PLAQUE: The Recognition Plaque is almost complete. If you would like your pledge to remain anonymous, please contact the office by October 24th.
WINTER PARENT/CHILD LEARNING: Our Motzei Shabbat parent/child learning for children grades K and up will resume November 9th; each session will begin 45 minutes after Shabbat ends. Sponsorships of $36 are available.
SAVE THE DATE FOR THE WELCOME DINNER: The annual dinner, this year being co-sponsored by Young Israel and Torah MiTzion Kollel, to welcome the new people in our Young Israel community and our new bnot sherut, is being planned for December 6th and will be chaired by Suzanne Sundy. ART MUSEUM TOUR: ”What is New at the Art Museum?” led by our own Betsy Zimbalist on Sunday, October 20th, 1:30 pm. Meet at Taylor Hall (entrance to the new building). This tour has reached capacity and we hope to have another one soon.

· SR NCSY Fall Shabbaton: Registration is open for SR Fall Shabbaton in Skokie, IL. October 25-27. Register @ www.midwestncsy.org. Arrangements have been made for all St. Louis teens to take the ACTs on Sunday morning in Chicago.
· JR Fall Shabbaton: Registration is open for JR Fall which will take place in Minneapolis, November 8-10. If you are planning on coming, PLEASE have your parents contact Rabbi Mike or Sam ASAP to reserve a spot for you.
