SHIURIM/CLASS INFORMATION

RABBI'S CLASSES: The Rabbi will returning from Australia on February 9th. All of his classes between now and then are cancelled, except for the Tuesday Parsha class, which will be taught by Rabbi Mintz.

WINTER PARENT/CHILD LEARNING: Our Motzei Shabbat parent/child learning for children grades K-5 continues this week at 7:10 pm. Sponsorships $36 are available. WOMEN'S DIVISION

CALENDAR: The Birthday/Anniversary/Yahrtzeit Calendar are being compiled and printed. We will let everyone know when the calendars are available for pick up.

ESTHER'S EXRESS: Purim will be here before we know it. The Women's Division is once again offering beautifully themed Mishloach Manot packages. To send to the entire Shul is only $125. COMMUNITY NEWS

SHECHITA CLASS: A new series of classes for men will be offered in the laws of Shechita -- ritual slaughter according to Jewish dietary law. The classes, held at NHBZ, will be led by Rabbi Chaim Loike, a Rabbinic Coordinator with Orthodox Union (OU) Kashruth Division. Rabbi Loike is widely-recognized for his vast expertise in the kashruth of animals. The class goal is to learn and possibly qualify as a shochet! VOLUNTEERS DRIVERS NEEDED FOR CROWN CENTER: Volunteers are needed to deliver hot kosher dinners in the University City area. If you are interested in making a difference in the lives of Jewish older adults, and available approximately 1-2 hours a week, we’d like to speak with you. We are seeking individuals, families or organizations who may wish to “adopt a day” to deliver dinners.
