A SAD GOODBYE: It is with mixed emotions that we say goodbye to Chaim, Merav, Amichai, Eden, Itai, & Elad Possick as they return to their home is Israel this week. We thank you for coming to St Louis and becoming part of our Young Israel family. We wish you continued success in Israel.

NEW TMK SHLICHIM:We welcome our new Israeli Shlichim to our community. Boaz & Yael Shachak, and their children: Avia (6th grade), Moshe (4th grade), Maayan (2nd grade), Ayala (Pre-K), and Chen (tenoki). We look forward to many exciting times together.

WOMEN'S SHIUR: The next Matil Ziril (Matilda Zeffren) Women’s Shiur will be Saturday, July 16, at the home of Merle Hartstein at 4:30 pm. The speakers will be Esther Biel and Brocha List.

CHESS SUMMER PROGRAM: There is still time to register for the second session being taught by Aleksey Kazakevich in the social hall Tuesdays and Thursdays. Grades K-5 – 4:30-5:30pm and grades 6-10 – 5:45-6:45pm.. Session II: July 21 – August 18 (no class on August 9th). Cost: $35/session. KOL HaNA'ARIM TALIT 2011, 5752: Young Israel of St Louis Women’s Division is preparing early!! The Talit is a special part of Simchat Torah Services, held over the heads of the children during their Aliyah. Beit Midrash for Women: Classes will resume at the end of the summer.

Registration is now open for Derech Eretz Camp for the summer of 2011 Monday, July 25th to Friday August 12th, 2011. Camp is for children entering Kindergarten through 11th grade in the fall of 2011. A special separate camping program is planned for the older grades. Camp this year will be held on the campus of Traditional Congregation on Ladue Road with daily swimming in the adjacent Lodge. to register, contact Suzanne (314-420-7880) or campderecheretz@gmail.com
