AIR MILES WANTED: We need air miles for the Shul Dinner! We have an amazing band from NY lined up, but we need to get them here! PARENT/CHILD MOTZEI SHABBAT LEARNING:At Young Israel in the Beit Midrash, for grades 1-8, 6:30 pm. The learning this week is being sponsored by Adi & Eli Feen in the merit of a refuah shelaimah for Kalman Shmuel ben Chana Esther.

MONDAY NIGHT LEARNING: Our Beit Midrash learning on Monday nights continues at 8:00 pm every week and concludes at 9:30 pm with Ma’ariv.

RABBI FRANK & ADELE HOFFMAN SHABBAT CHINUCH: This Shabbat is Shabbat Chinuch. We are very proud of all of our children and their accomplishments. Please stay for the special presentation after davening.

TORAH UMESORAH SHABBAT CHINUCH: This Shabbat, coinciding with our Shabbat Chinuch, is a community-wide Shabbat Chinuch from Torah Umesorah. Young Israel is fortunate to host Rabbi Shmuel Yaakov Klein for the pre-mincha shiur and Seudah Shlishit. There is also a Friday night men's Oneg-Shabbat, 8:00 pm at Rabbi Mordecai and Zipporah Yaroslawitz's house, 8160 Balson and a women's shiur by Rabbi Shmuel Dishon, 2:15 pm at Rabbi Yossi and Raizy Golembeck's house, 825 University Place. There will be time to get to the pre-mincha shiur at Young Israel.

HAPPY ANNIVERSARY: St. Louis Community Eruv is celebrating its 16th Anniversary this Shabbat. Please respond to the annual appeal letters for funds to support the inspection and maintenance of the Eruv.

NEW TEACHERS CENTER: Grand opening celebration of the Torah Umesorah St. Louis Teachers Center, 8630 Delmar Blvd. Suite 215, will be this Sunday, December 12th, 11:00 am - 1:00 pm. The event is open to the community.
