SHUL PROGRAMS

SIYUM:The family of our beloved Matilda Zeffren, Matil Tziril bat Moshe, will be making a siyum Mishnayos to commemorate the completion of shloshim, immediately after Mincha/Maariv Sunday evening, October 17th. Davening and the siyum will be upstairs in the Shul.

MOVIE AND SHMOOZE: We are planning a new program that will include a movie with Jewish content, food, and time to shmooze. We will meet every 2 months, starting on Motzei Shabbat, October 30th, 9:00pm at the shul. We need volunteers to run the program. Please contact Natalie Sukhodolsky if you can help at 725-6277.

NEW MEMBER DINNER:Friday, November 12, after davening. Cost: $15/adult and children 12 & up, $7/children under 12, with a $60 max/family. Please RSVP to the office as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly.

Save the Date: TMK’s gala fundraising event: “A Celebration of Chanukah” on Saturday night, December 4th, the 5th night of Chanukah, 7:30 pm at the Cedars at the JCA, 13190 S Outer 40 Rd. Featuring a musical concert by the Eckhardt Family Singers of Milwaukee.

Mishnat Pinchas: Mishnat Pinchas continues on Shabbat, starting 5 minutes after Kiddush.

BNEI AKIVA NEWS

The annual 9th grade Midwest Bnei Akiva Shabbaton will be on December 10-12 in Cleveland OH. The Shabbaton is a great opportunity for your child to get to know Bnei Akiva members from across the region. Participating in this Shabbaton are Chanichim from: Chicago, Detroit, Toronto, Cleveland, Columbus, Pittsburgh, and St. Louis. Many of the participants are friends of your children from the Bnei Akiva camps, Wild Rose and Stone.
