IMPORTANT - SAVE THE DATE: The 3rd Annual St Louis Jewish Community Blood Drive, together with a new Jewish Food Pantry Drive, will be held on Sunday, January 17, 2010, 10 am – 4 pm at Young Israel.

WE DID IT!!!! Rabbi Mike Rovinsky finished 14th, among hundreds of nominees, for the Jewish Community Hero Award. Now it’s up to a panel of 10 judges to decide who will be the Hero of the Year. Thanks to everyone who voted and put Rabbi Rovinsky and St. Louis on the map.
ENVIRONMENT AWARENESS: Noah’s Ark Community Event, the second JCRC event planned to raise awareness on environmental issues, will be held on Sunday, October 25th- at the St. Louis Zoo Living World, lower rotunda, 10:00 am-noon. Mishnat Pinchas: Mishnat Pinchas continues on Shabbat Yom Tov starting 5 minutes after Kiddush The study of special English parsha sheets from “MiBereshit” in Israel (“Parents and Children Learn Mibereshit”).
