BE PART OF A SHUL THAT’S “SHAKEN”: Spend an evening under the stars with the Bard and your fellow Young Israel members, as together we see this year’s Shakespeare in the Park production of “The Merry Wives of Windsor.” Young Israel night at the Park takes place on Sunday, May 31. The program begins at 6:00pm with a public lecture, the Green show begins at 6:30pm and the play starts at 8:00pm. Come for the entire time or just for the performance. We will send advance scouts to save space so we can sit together. There is no cost; just remember to bring a blanket or lawn chairs, and any food or drink you desire.

SHUL GENERAL MEETING / SPAGHETTI DINNER: The annual Shul meeting and election of officers will be Wednesday, June 3rd at 7:00 pm, preceded by a spaghetti dinner at 6:00 pm. No charge for meeting.  Dinner charge is only $5.00/person.  Please RSVP for the dinner to Judy in the office.

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED: People interested in making a difference in the lives of Jewish older adults are needed as volunteer drivers to deliver hot kosher dinners to the homebound in the University City area. Volunteers are needed for approximately one hour on various days of the week.
