COMMUNITY NEWS

MEMORIAL DONATIONS FOR SHERI RASKAS: Sheri Raskas was a passionate reader, devoted to children, and committed to EHA. We wish to memorialize Sheri’s vitality, gracious spirit, and the years she and Stanley raised their family in St. Louis, and their involvement in the community, by enriching the Children’s Library Corner at the Epstein Hebrew Academy with materials and furnishings dedicated to her memory. If you would like to join in this effort, please make your check out to Epstein Hebrew Academy BUT mail it to Jackie Gerson, 8323 Cornell, St. Louis, MO 63132. We will, of course, send you a proper acknowledgment and notify Stanley Raskas and family of your donation.

ONCE EVERY 28 YEARS: There will be a community Birkat HaChamah on April 8th, at 8:30am, after Shachrit and the Siyum, at the McNair School building, 8136 Groby. We have been asked not to park in the school's parking lot, and to limit our activity to the grassy area that can be accessed via the steps on Blackberry Ave or from Swarthmore Ave. There should be ample parking along the various side streets near the school.
