Although the last sessions of the TMK Adult Ulpan are this week (May 20/21), all are welcome to attend a screening of "HaMelech Ha'Ariyot" (The Lion King in Hebrew) at the TMK Ulpan graduation May 27 (7:30 PM) at Young Israel.  (A donation is requested from all non-Ulpan students.)

ATTENTION COLLEGE STUDENTS:  In St. Louis for the summer?  St. Louis Hillel at Washington University will hold a FREE summer Barbeque for all college-age students. Sunday, June 1st, 5:00-7:00pm.

 

Jewish Family and Children's Service invites everyone to an OPEN HOUSE at the Harvey Kornblum Jewish Food Pantry, 10950 Schuetz Rd on Sunday, June 8th between 12 and 3 PM.  Admission is a bag of groceries.  Visitors can see the distribution center, stack groceries and help make nutritious snacks. Face painting, music and dancing will be the entertainment. Please note that hearty soups, canned fruit, snacks, tuna and dry pasta are needed. The Harvey Kornblum Jewish Food Pantry is funded by the Jewish Federation, United Way and Variety, the children's charity of St Louis.
