Marrakesh Room Launches Its Premier Evening

Dateline:  University City..It is reported that lines are already forming outside the Marrakesh Room in University City.  One source noted there will be a massive sit in on Shabbat morning as people try to preserve their seats for the gala dinner that will inaugurate this sophisticated venue.  Valet parking will be provided Sunday evening as part of the red carpet service designed to cater to the esteemed group of honorees and those coming to cheer them.  Chefs from the French Suburb of Creve Coeur will provide the cuisine.  Radio and TV coverage has been blacked out in order to prevent a crush of autograph seeking fans.  Yes, all this for the Annual Dinner of Congregation Young Israel, 8101 Delmar.

CALENDARS!

Are ready for pick-up at the home of Melissa Perlman, 8300 Cornell.  Please call before coming 314-432-3101.

We’re Going to be Crowded & Need Your Help

Tables and chairs for the shul dinner have been delivered to the social hall and will take up much space.  Therefore, we have the following needs and requests:

·                                                                                                                                Please keep your kids safely away from the tables and chairs so they’re not injured.

·                                                                                                                                We will open the doors to the social hall for Kiddush.  Treat the carpet kindly.

·                                                                                                                                After Ma’ariv on Saturday night, please be sure all papers are cleared away and books are put away

·                                                                                                                                Davening on Sunday will be in the Beit Midrash.

Thank you for your help and cooperation.  We will all be dazzled by the new and lovely Marrakesh Room!
