ONEG SHABBAT FOR TEEN-AGE GIRLS

It is with great pleasure that Baila and I would like to extend an invitation to all the teen-age girls (8th-12th graders) in the shul to our home for our second monthly “Oneg Shabbat”, 8055 Amherst Ave., from 9:00pm-10:30pm this Friday night.  Rabbi Shulman

TMK News

The Staff of Torah MiTzion Kollel has returned and resumed all regular programs.

THE SECOND SEMESTER of Ulpan Ivrit - 5768 begins this week and continues until April 9th at Young Israel every Tuesday & Wednesday evening.

Adult Hebrew classes are taught by Vardit Teperberg on 4 levels.

Children's Hebrew classes are taught by Shany and Eliana, our Sherut Leumi girls from 6:15 - 7:00 PM on Tuesday (beginners) & Wednesday (advanced).

 

The Mother/Daughter Bat Mitzvah Program of Torah MiTzion begins this Sunday (January 6th, 7:00PM) at Young Israel.  Mothers of 6th graders should contact Vardit Teperberg (314 420-3696) or Suzanne Sundy (314 420-7880).

 

Derech Eretz Sunday Club this Week!

Kids have fun with Shany Batit and Eliana Smith! The Derech Eretz Club will be held this Sunday (1/6): at Young Israel: Grade K-3 9:30 - 10:30 AM; Grade 4-7  10:30 - 11:30 AM

Mishnat Pinchas, the Torah MiTzion parent/child learning begins 5 min after the start of Kiddush, downstairs in Young Israel.

 Uria Teperberg presents the Parshat HaShavua shiur 8 AM at Young Israel this Shabbat morning.
