Donations NOT Wanted! – Shul activity has increased!  We have so many functions here daily and now are creating a great deal of trash.  Do not use our trash receptacle for your personal garbage.  That’s what U. City is for!  We’re filling our dumpster up very well, thank you, without your personal donations!

Derech Eretz Sunday Club this Week!

Kids have fun with Shany Batit and Eliana Smith! The Derech Eretz Club will be held this Sunday (12/9): at Young Israel Synagogue (8101 Delmar Blvd): K-3 9:30 - 10:30 AM 4-7  10:30 - 11:30 AM

Sign up for the Mother/Daughter Bat Mitzva Program. The Torah MiTzion Bat Mitzvah Program will begin on January 6th, 7:00 - 8:30 PM.  This educational program of 10 classes was developed by Oshra Koren of Matan in Israel. We are the first to offer this unique program in the U.S. ($140, scholarships are available).  Mothers of 6th graders should contact Vardit Teperberg (314 4203696) or Suzanne Sundy (314 4207880).

SIGN UP NOW FOR THE SECOND SEMESTER of the the fourth annual Ulpan Ivrit - 5768: January 15th through April 9th, held in Young Israel every Tuesday & Wednesday evening.

Adult Hebrew classes are taught by Vardit Teperberg on 4 levels.

Children's Hebrew classes are taught by the Sherut Leumi girls (Shany and Eliana) from 6:15 - 7:00 PM on Tuesday (beginners) & Wednesday (advanced). $100 for each semester.
