TMK News

Torah MiTzion Kollel will be hosting its annual Ongoing Israeli Sukkah in the Teperberg’s backyard (7925 Delmar) from September 26 - October 4th.

- Oneg Shabbat together with N.C.S.Y. in the Israeli Sukkah at 9 PM

- Bring your K-6th grade children to this Israeli Sukkah for the Special Shabbat Party (Mesibat Shabbat), 5 -6 PM in the Teperberg’s backyard

- Simchat Beit HaShoava cosponsored by Torah MiTzion Kollel at Bais Abraham (6910 Delmar), Sunday Sept. 30, 7-10 PM (music, dessert and fun activities for the children in the Sukkah)

- Tikkun Lail Hoshana Rabbah, Tuesday October 2nd:

    9:00 PM -- “Hakhel & Simchat Torah” -Shiur given by Vardit Teperberg

Simchat Beit HaShoeva A kick'in Sukkah Party complete with B.B.Q., Music, Dunking Booth, Massive Inflatable, Mike The Balloon Man, Clown and more!!!!  When:  Tues. Oct. 2nd JR NCSY 5:30-7:00 PM, SR NCSY 7:30-9:00PM  Where:  The Rovinsky Sukkah 8001Gannon. Cost: $5 (or bring a NEW NCSYer)   CHALLENGE:  If 30+ people attend, Rabbi R. will go into the dunking booth!!!!!

Save the date:  Sunday, November 4, 2007* for Ohr Atid's First Annual Trivia Night! Do you know the capital of Brazil? Where were the 1964 Olympic Games held?  If you know the answers to these questions (or if you want to know) and are in the mood for a fun evening of trivia, food, games and prizes, you won't want to miss this event. Trivia Night will be held at Clayton Commons. Doors open at 6:30 PM and the games begin at 7:00 PM.   Pull together teams/tables of 8-10 players at $18 per person (or perhaps you wish to sponsor a table for $180).
