SIMCHAT TORAH LUNCHEON – There will be no Simchat Torah luncheon this year.  We hope to continue with this wonderful tradition next year with the help of a new Rabbi.

OUR ONGOING LEARNING & SHUL PROGRAMS

 

The Sunday morning class in Ezekiel is given by Dr. Mitch Wolf from 9 AM-10AM.

 

Tues., Sept 19th at 11:00 AM the Women’s class in Parsha.

 

Wed., 9:15 AM - Weekly Beit Midrash for Women by Vardit Teperberg, (home of Faye Newman, 7916 Stanford).

 

COMMUNITY EVENTS

 

TORAH MITZION KOLLEL – the following events will be held at Young Israel:  Oct. 6th - Israeli Ushpizim from Memphis. Oct. 7th - Special Shiur for Men & Women by Rav Avraham Kannai at 5:15 PM.  Oct. 8th - Afternoon Shiur for Women by Rebbetzin Dafna Kannai at 5:15 PM.

Derech Eretz Sunday Groups (K-7th grade) will have an afternoon kick-off on Sunday, Oct. 22nd.
